We booked all three cottages at Clonlum for a pre-wedding stay with family and friends. The cottages were clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy atmosphere. The owner, Rowan, was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We loved the forest drive at Slieve Gullion and the delicious vegetarian food at Strandfield House. The outdoor seating area and BBQ were perfect for larger groups, and the unexpected bonus of a hot tub made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this place to friends.

Would be happy to recommend this place to others.

The cottage at Clonlum was a wonderful find for our stay in East Ireland. It was clean, cozy, and had amazing views of the surrounding countryside. We loved the central location, as it allowed us to easily explore attractions like Giants Causeway, Belfast, and Dublin within a short drive. The host was extremely helpful and provided us with tips on what to see and do each day. The cottage itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with a hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. we had a fantastic experience at Clonlum and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at Clonlum Cottage in Newry was absolutely fantastic. The house was incredibly cosy and clean, with perfect-sized rooms. The cottage is situated in a beautiful woody area, and the outdoor space with the hot tub, table, and chairs was a lovely addition. The location was ideal for exploring Belfast, Dublin, Warrenpoint, and Newry. Rowan, the host, was not only attentive but went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special and unforgettable. We already consider Clonlum Cottage our special and beloved place in Northern Ireland.

    Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Our stay at Clonlum Cottages was worth every penny! The room was absolutely fantastic, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The location was like something out of a fairytale, surrounded by nature and close to the Slieve Gullion Forest Park. The staff, especially Rowan, made us feel so welcome and well taken care of.

The food for breakfast could have been better, but it's just a minor thing compared to all the other amazing aspects of our stay.

Wow! What an incredible weekend getaway! the location of this cottage was absolutely stunning. We were surrounded by beautiful walking trails that we couldn't get enough of. the cottage itself was amazing! It was incredibly clean and spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. We loved that the kitchen had great amenities for cooking our own meals. And the log burner was a real treat - our furry friends couldn't get enough of it either! the whole place felt so homey and cozy. We can't wait to return and explore the area even more!

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about our stay. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The property was stunning and spotlessly clean. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to popular attractions and cities. One of the best aspects was the breathtaking view of the nearby mountain. the host was incredibly helpful and provided us with valuable tips and recommendations for places to visit.

Although everything was wonderful overall, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. We found it slightly inconvenient that there was no sweeping brush or bottle opener available.
